Subway - Rothschild

My wife and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman at the counter yelled at us when we couldn't specify exactly what kind of cheese we wanted immediately. The roast beef had a slightly aged taste, but it would have been much more enjoyable if we hadn't been yelled at.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of an older woman. When I was checking out and preparing to pay, she almost charged me for a bag of chips that my 2-year-old had picked up and put back. Instead of acknowledging that she hadn’t noticed my child return them, she insisted she had seen it happen, which was frustrating. Additionally, while I was trying to decide if I wanted to pay for a drink, she handed me a water cup without giving me the time to make my choice. Overall, her rudeness made for an unpleasant experience.

Delicious! The young man who served me was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be returning!

I've had great service before but today the older lady was very rude and short to me. Even when picking out toppings for my sub. Not very professional. I was polite and courteous the whole time as I know how it is to work customer service.

Put in a carry out order right when they opened. When I opened my order, 1 sandwich was clearly on old bread (I expected fresh since they just opened when I placed the order, barely toasted when I asked for it, the other sandwich was not toasted either.I try to give this location a chance, but every time I go, something is always wrong with my order. I can also tell they are extremely understaffed and the one who was there when I picked up had a horrible attitude and clearly didn't want to be there.
