Brown Bag Sub Shoppe - Rotterdam

I absolutely love this place. As a former Subway manager of 7 years, I know a good sub when I taste one. The Happy Hawaiian on a wrap is amazing! Whatever is in the spread and coleslaw, I need the recipe for it. And the sand cake, which I believe is what I bought yesterday and ate today, was so delicious. Can I please have the recipes? Thank you.

The sandwich quality is not up to par, resembling something you would find at a fast food drive-thru. The bacon was almost raw and rubbery, on a poorly assembled panini that was burnt to a crisp on the inside of the bread.

The bread at this restaurant is fantastic! Everything is extremely fresh and tasty, and the prices are reasonable. I like to come here occasionally for lunch. There is seating available inside the restaurant, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful discovery!

I had the Pilgrim Panini and a Bowl of Chicken Gumbo Soup. The shop was clean, the lady serving me was friendly and explained all their specials. Food was tasty, I was full, prices are fair. I recommend and will come back when I'm in the area again.
