But we remain a little disappointed by the flavors, clearly below the appearance. A general trend in cooking and pastry, the mandatory step being to photograph the dish and share the photo. Ri-di-cu-le! The kitchen is not intended to create an image and it comes to photography without having tasted it. A little shop that goes up. But we wonder if the pastry is greedy or only esthetic. Now the cook or pastry chef must first share their greed. The rest is quite secondary.

Don't miss! It's really excellent and original. Among us we take the chocolate cake with incomparable texture and chocolate without excess sugar, melon bread, very good flan or peanut cookies, in short really an excellent address!
This patisserie becomes a must in Rouen given the lack of choice in this city. The patisseries come out of the ordinary and you have to dare to taste them to get back to Masako. An exception for a classic: chocolate melting. I think it's hard to find better. For kings' galette lovers, undoubtedly, the best of Rouen.
