Lovin Oven Cakery, LLC - Round Lake

Custom cupcakes, donuts and cakes for the birthday of my granddaughter ordered. Lovin The oven has done a fantastic job, the staff was super helpful and friendly, but the reason I gave only four stars are the donuts we are on the dry side. I was disappointed. But the cakes and cupcakes were spot on, super damp and so delicious!

Great cake art, it was really delicious. Flavors are good and the cake texture was amazing.

Everything in there is great from the bread to their cakes and cookies. If you're getting something special for the holidays, try and get there a day or two earlier. As they are very busy and sell out quickly.

Rude customer service on the phone. Very unprofessional and decided to go with a different company because of it. The lady sounded irritated by my simple cake request. Won't be recommending this company to anyone.

A bit pricey but everything is good here. I got my first grandchild's smash cake here. Also did a special order for in-laws from Algonquin.. Very,very good cakes, cookies and specialty items. Yummy stuff here.
