This is my first time I'm expressing a chicken in a round skirt. I'm just in the drive thru and I've been put on the speaker. The lady in front of me just sat with her head out of her window, not with her order. I hope they made my food right. Terrible service. will not come back
Kevin C and crew do an absolute bang up job running this store. This store by far has the friendliest stuff and the highest quality and consistent service around. My family loves coming here as we have never had less than a spectacular meal! Looking forward to eating here more!
This is the worst Chicken Express I?ve been to. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with two cars in line. I paid about 16 bucks for the smallest tenders I?ve ever seen at a Chicken Express. The tenders were basically nuggets and I know this isn?t up to Chicken Express standards. I don?t know how this store is still in business, I will never return to this location. I would advise everyone to choose a different chicken option.
This locatoin is close by my house, and we maybe go there about once a month to get tenders, and gizzards. We went today on 3/15, and order. They did not have the gizzards ready, which is understandable, cause not many people order gizzards. I noticed when I got them they really big. It was because they had just made them, and they were frozen and most likely clumped together when they fried them. Needless to say, I bit into one, and they were still raw/pink. They also forgot the mashed potatoes that go with the chicken. I called to give feedback, not complain, but when the young lady claiming to be the manager, said she was training a brand new staff, saw fit to interrupt me and talk over me, She tried to offer me more gizzards, and mashed potatoes, if I went back within 7 days. Sorry, I generally try not to make it habit of getting fried greasy foods all that often, and I'm not going back in 7 days. Then to be so rudely interrupted on the phone letting her know that this was unacceptable, just put this whole situation over the top. I get that you are short staffed, and traning. A lot of places are like that, but communication needs to remain professional. Won't be going back anytime soon, except for maybe a partial refund if I am able to communicate with the GM.
