Has nearly 20 minutes for 7 delicate combo for $14 the worst place I ever work 14 hours looks like sh!t

The General Manager should feel ashamed of this establishment. I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes today for three basic meals. My order wasn’t complicated, but the wait time was absurd. From what I could see, there were just two kind kids and an older man working, and they did their absolute best. However, it felt like they were overwhelmed. If the team can’t manage both the drive-thru and the dining room, they should consider closing one of them. Management needs to step in and support their hardworking staff.

This is my first time I'm expressing a chicken in a round skirt. I'm just in the drive thru and I've been put on the speaker. The lady in front of me just sat with her head out of her window, not with her order. I hope they made my food right. Terrible service. will not come back

Wow! The best fried catfish I've ever had! It's always made to order, so there's a bit of a wait, but it's totally worth it. Excellent!

Kevin C and crew do an absolute bang up job running this store. This store by far has the friendliest stuff and the highest quality and consistent service around. My family loves coming here as we have never had less than a spectacular meal! Looking forward to eating here more!
