Louisiana Longhorn Cafe - Round Rock

When my plate arrived, I noticed that one of the tacos had barely any fish, let alone enough salsa and ranch dressing. The other two tacos had a decent amount of fish, but still lacked sufficient salsa and ranch dressing. These toppings are essential to the meal, as the tacos without them are quite dry. It felt like they were shortchanging the entire experience, and I was very disappointed. I had visited again after the ownership change and received slightly more salsa and dressing on the tacos, but I was still let down. I thought perhaps the new owners were still adjusting. Unfortunately, it seems like they just tend to skimp on the condiments. I sincerely hope the new owners will consider bringing back the bowl of roasted corn salsa and a container of ranch dressing alongside the fish tacos. If not, they might as well remove the tacos from the menu altogether. I will likely return in the future, but it might be a while.
