Pj's Coffee - Round Rock

This coffee shop has been here for a minute but we just haven 't gone until now. I am not a coffee drinker so I like to try fluffy drinks, no just black for me! They explained the different options and they had a ton! They have a variety of milk options, oat being my favorite! I ended up with a chai tea! We had a side of the beignets which if you have been to New Orleans you will appreciate these! They were amazing! Hot, fresh, and covered in white powdery goodness!! I have found a new tea joint!!

I found this shop on a work trip to Round Rock and they blew me away. I now visit every time I'm in town for work and get their amazing iced coffee, which is flavored with vanilla extract, but has no sugar. So good. The staff at this location is friendly too, in true New Orleans fashion.

They make good coffee. We were staying at the hotel nearby, were up early to go explore Austin and decided to give it a go. Great cup of coffee. We enjoyed it so much we stopped by the following morning too. Nice place, nice staff and really good coffee.

We enjoyed having this coffee shop in the neighborhood, unfortunately it is still closed. So disappointing.

This location is not open. I've been by a few times and it's closed down. Hoping it reopens soon!
