Bidra med feedbackWe all know that barbecue can be pricey, which makes it even more important for it to be exceptional. I tried two BBQ baked potatoes, and while the brisket was decent, I have to say that HEB's BBQ brisket is better and more affordable. The portion sizes were also disappointing; the spoon provided was too small. The order was prepared without any concern for presentation or quality. Additionally, the two small packets of butter were placed next to hot potatoes, causing the skins to soften them. The BBQ sauce definitely needs improvement. The bacon bits tasted old and were inedible, and the teaspoon of cheddar cheese was far from sufficient. The potatoes were a bit hard, but honestly, that didn't bother me too much. Overall, it was not a good experience.
The BBQ here is excellent. They offer a variety of meats and a great selection of side dishes. I particularly loved the fresh Texas toast instead of regular bread. There’s also a little condiment bar with two types of onions, two types of pickles, and jalapeños. The banana pudding, which has a sauce-like appearance, was surprisingly delicious. They also serve peach cobbler.
This is a fantastic spot for BBQ, especially for lunch. The ribs and chicken were really delicious. My two kids enjoyed their meals immensely. While the beans were a bit bland, all the other sides were quite tasty. The customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend going there for dinner!
This is how Pok-e-Jos Roundrock thinks a single meat plate looks. Maybe people think quality is, but I don't.
? I had brisket, pork ribs, coleslaw and potato salad. My wife had brisket ,potato casserole and pinto beans. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Delivery was prompt. I would buy from this establishment again.
