Wayback Burgers - Round Rock

Came in the drive through and ordered the chicken tenders and fries during my lunch break. Begin enjoying my meal only to not like tenders, the fries were fine. Returned to the location shortly after due needing to get back to work. So I went to the store to return the food and get a refund and was directed to the female manager on duty at this time, she said I needed the receipt to be refunded the items. I simply asked for her name so she could know who to direct my concern with she rudely walked off without sharing her name. I went back to my office to get the receipt and was told by the same manager because I did not call when I saw that I disliked the item I can not be refunded. I ate half of one tender and some fries that I paid $14 for which is absolutely ridiculous. So I did not get a refund as I requested although I had the food and the receipt. The manager told me not to come back due to me telling her how rude she was and this was my first experience with this company. I will not be back but I do demand a refund for the food I did not eat. She never apologize or stated sorry you did not like your food or anything. I asked one of the employees to give me her name but they said if they did she would fire them. I am so upset, not only did I spend my hard earned money at a place I will never go back to but I wasn’t even provide the basics of customer service. She needs to be held accountable for how she handles conflict.This is bad business and unacceptable!!!

Good customer service but the food was decent at best.Burned fries, dry burger and a flat coke.Save your $16, and go to Wendy’s and spend $8 on the same thing. Wendy’s will probably be juicier. Also not sure why one patty was cooked well and the other was left pink? not a big deal but cmon.Bacon double here was so dry, I could have used it as a rag to wipe my sweat.

I'm visiting Texas for a week and wanted to try some places that aren't in Indiana where I'm from. This place wasn't bad, their burger tastes like a Sonic burger so it was decent. The Cajun tater tots were 10/10. I seriously loved those so much and I'm not a Cajun person. Fries were mid and the gold sauce was basically just mustard, not complaining but kind of expected more. Not worth the price at all but I would eat it again.
