Nando's - ROUSE HILL

The food here is stock standard Nando's and that means are can be pretty good and not too heavy on the budget. The service though is always a let down. the staff come across as either rude or annoyed. On our latest visit it was clear the person taking the orders didn't have a great grasp of English and was very hard to understand. We go back because its quick and I really like the pita with chicken and slaw but the staff need some serious customer service training.

Food was soo good and yummy.. and the customer service is excellent... Place looks nice and clean too..

We would often visit this place for a quick bite to eat before the movies or whilst shopping. The food always hits the mark and quality is consistent.The service however that we experience today needs to improve. While ordering we were being served by S*****n It felt like talking to my younger sister with attitude. I felt like asking her to smile as she just did not look like she wanted to be there at all.Hopefully this improves but I suppose fast food customers get what they pay for.

Another great fast dining restaurant with plenty of chicken based dishes to suit. Great for an early dinner before the movies.
