Outback Jacks Bar & Grill - ROUSE HILL

Been here twice now for dinner on a Groupon voucher and probably will go again, with another Groupon voucher... <br/ <br/ Service: 4 Stars<br/ Food: 3.5 Stars <br/ Ambiance: 3.5 Stars<br/ Value: 3 Stars or 4 with Groupon <br/ <br/ Both times have been pleasant, no faults but nothing amazing to say about it either. Crowd friendly place that I would consider to be a safe choice of restaurant.

Some of the reviewers on here and tripadvisor seem to be incredibly over the top in regards to this place, I can only assume some people either expect every restaurant to be 5 star quality or just like to whine for the sake of it<br/ <br/ my girlfriend and I went to this place tonight after receiving a '3 Course Feast ' scoupon voucher for Christmas. slightly apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews of course, but it was a pleasant experience<br/ <br/ all the food was really good, we had garlic bread and bruschetta as entrees, I had a chicken breast with a creamy mushroom and bacon sauce mash salad, girlfriend had the porterhouse steak with baked potato salad, then the desserts came which were raspberry cheesecake and chocolate slice. all of which was nicely presented, well portioned and most important of all, tasted fine. steak cooked as ordered, chicken perfectly cooked too, salad fresh etc. I had a Tooheys and her a cider as our inclusive drink (can pay extra for others but I 'm not too fussy as New is a drinkable beer <br/ <br/ service was great all night, restaurant was probably 2/3 full so not extremely busy but still staff had a fair amount of tables to look after, yet we were greeted nicely and sat straight away, had our menu explained to us (slightly smaller selection with the voucher but still more than enough variety! and our drinks order taken and delivered within 2 minutes. food arrived without too long of a wait, very reasonable between all courses<br/ <br/ whilst it won 't ever be a must return to place as it 's nearly an hour away from home, I would definitely visit and eat at again sometime, a very pleasurable experience and all up nowhere near as bad as some of the harsh reviews here have suggested. perhaps they took notice and lifted their game? or perhaps as I said earlier, some people are just spoilt and like to sook<br/ <br/ 3.75/5

Located inside Rouse Hill Town Centre, this casual, family friendly restaurant is definitely a great choice if you wanna enjoy outback style dishes.The venue is very spacious with the option of indoor and alfresco dining areas. Coming with large group of people definitely won’t be a problem here. They also have a kids play corner for your little ones.Great restaurant inside Rouse Hill Town Centre. I’ve been coming here several times and service was always great.I’ve had their Burgers and Ribs. All were delish but I especially loved their ribs. They were generously portioned and the meat was tender and succulent.

We had 3 course meal vouchers and everything was just excellent! Service was so fast.. We all had T-bone steaks and it was very juicy, perfectly cooked. We will be coming back!

Went and did all you can eat in Monday and it was really good . Finished the plate and left some salad and I just ask for ribs on the seconds it was perfect .
