Wing Boss - Rowlett

Why do restaurants in the Rowlett area always blame the delivery company for serving bad food? The drivers themselves cannot control issues like under-seasoning, overcooking, or poorly packaged meals. They also cannot ensure that necessary items like napkins, straws, or condiments are included. It is easy to double-check orders before handing them off to the delivery driver. It is important for restaurants to take responsibility for the quality of their food and strive to improve. No one wants to hear excuses.

This restaurant serves the worst fries I have ever encountered. Despite the negative reviews, I had hoped that the management would have improved the quality of their fries. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked and had a strange fish-like taste, likely due to old and reused oil. The wings we ordered were also dry and lacked seasoning, especially the lemon pepper flavor.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! These wings are pink and undercooked and that?s a serious health violation this place needs to shut down. Fries were black and soggy

I ordered wings, fries, and veggies for delivery, but all three items were disappointing. The veggies were spoiled and dry, the fries were burnt and tasted terrible from the grease, and the wings were overcooked and dried out, resembling jerky. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I suggest they pay more attention to the quality of their food before selling it.

You know I do full reviews on places I go eat. This will be a short review. We didn't want to cook on Friday so we ordered wings and chicken strips. How can it go wrong? Look at the pictures below. How can you ruin generic pecan pie??? I called the place sent pictures and the manager blamed the Uber driver for those chicken strips look at them. Look at the fries. If he would have said I apologize that left my kitchen, I'd say thanks it is what it is since food delivery
