Bidra med feedbackI would give them a zero if possible they never came to the drive threw. They were too busy flirting with the Guys that walked up to order. Won't ever come here again? We'll go to some other place before I'll come here
The drink was good, but expensive for what it was.However the 2 stars comes from the employees and lack of customer service or general human empathy. The girl who took our order didn't know anything about the menu, wasn't available or willing to help us, had a bad attitude and was aggressive towards her coworkers in front of guests. She was white with blonde hair, the other two employees were brunettes so it should be easy to know who she was.You need someone at that location who can manage, it seemed like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Drinks were made incorrectly repeatedly, our drinks came before the party that had ordered before we even arrived. Simply put, this was a poor experience and you should really train your employees better. Teach them how to be a CO-worker and have a team building attitude, not that petty disgruntled demeanor.Looking over your reviews, this location is HORRIBLE. you need to get rid of the employees and start over. Stop caring if you lose some money. I was in restaurants for 15 years from all positions including bus boy to district manager, you have a serious issue with the environment the employees have created. You will lose more money if you maintain business like this. Look at your reviews, do something serious about it please.
Came 3/16 through the drive thru, car in front of me waited a while, pulled forward and I waited approximately 10 minutes. Pulled around to the front and walked in, there were 4 employees. I stood at the counter for several minutes before they acknowledged me and took my order. While I waited for my drink. Employee #1 felt the need to stand and tell me about his day and I kindly talked with him, then he stood around completely lost. Employee 2 was refilling syrups. Employee 3 was making orders, on her phone, and even took a break to eat some food. Employee 4 made herself busy separating tips when it was only 7:30 pm. I tried to remain patient until what seems one of there friends walked in, they all eagerly wanted to take his order and make his drink. I probably stood in the store for 10 minutes. Ended up walking out with no drink. Disappointed that management is taking their employees sides, when the camera footage will back my story. You may keep your employees, but you will loose customers with this kind of business.
This place is great! In the past, if I ever had an issue, which was rare cuz this spot is great, I would submit my issue through the Crisp app. Guess how many times I got a response. I can’t hear you so I’ll just tell you. Zero. That’s correct, zero!I visited the other day and placed an order for a couple of my favorites: Frosted Strawberry Lemonade, and a Blue Tart. Phenomenal drinks! Anyway, I had a small issue and decided I’d give the app another shot. I submitted my complaint, not expecting anything to happen because nothing ever had. I’m very grateful that I did! Less than ten minutes after I pressed submit, the NEW OWNER, Brad, called me and we discussed my issue. I was in shock! I couldn’t believe that I was getting a call from them! Apparently, NEW MANAGEMENT as of 2/1/23! Already 1000% better than the previous owners.Anyway, my issue was handled extremely professionally, and very well! This place is one of the best! If you are ever out and about, make sure and give ‘em a try cuz you cannot beat an incredible product backed by incredible people! Thank you so much for the awesome experience, and I look forward to many more deliciously delightful drinks!Oh, and make sure you stop by either Roy, Midland Dr, North Ogden, or 12th St, as they are under Brad’s watchful eye! You won’t be sorry, and tell them Mateas sent ya!
Very friendly and very awesome we order 4 drinks and some nachos and we forgot the nachos and they stopped us before we pulled out to come back and get our nachos.
