Don Ramon's - Royal Palm Beach

So you definitely know that a place is great when you long for her food... and wait... It's the same food you'd cook if you were home! So why this special Don Ramon’s? I'm so glad you asked. The service is extremely thorough. I mean, last minute, the servers work together to make your experience perfect. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love the chicken stables. They are so tasteful and juicy. Not too crisp, but crisp enough. The rice is always excellent and the beans. Let me tell you how I meet beans when you can have them alone, no rice, no meat and the taste keeps you eating them as if they were the entree, then you know they are good! Of course they were great. And no, I didn't finish her. But it's because I was filled and I didn't want to ruin my experience. I want to long more and more. The Mojito was perfect, not too strong or minty. Exactly right and the Cuban coffee was exactly what I needed after a long day. So if you are looking for a place where you can have the food of your mother, with excellent service and a wonderful ambience (music and all) then this is definitely worth the trip. And yes, the prices are reasonable. So you expect great service and hunger! I hope you will come back for more! #enjoy

This is one of my fav spots in the Royal Palm Beach area. I tried some of their dinner dishes, but last night I just stopped for drinks and light bites. Usually, Margaritas never like, but I chose her Mango Margarita. Mari, the bartender, killed him! Absolutely loved it both drank super rare! All that was missing was to be in a hammock on the beach. Besides, they were 2 for 1, which are now a few days with prices as high as they are. My date tried the Mango Caipirinha. If you love frozen drinks, it's delicious, but I prefer drinks on the rocks. The hostess that was sometimes photographed when I took pictures. She's cute. As always, they give great service. The cattle emanadas are so good that I both eat with a picture!

If your looking for fantastic Cuban food Don Ramon's is the place for you. Just had there 1/4 chicken lunch special and it was as it always is AWESOME. My kids would come just for the buttered and toasted Cuban bread that you get for free with your entree's. They also cater and we get there pulled pork rice and beans at least twice a year.

Great food! My only problem was that my waiter was always busy with other customers that I had to time when he was coming close to my table to get his attention for further assistance with adding to my order. Nevertheless, when I got him, he took really great care of me. I got the Creole shrimp with plantains instead of beans which was recommended by my server and I must say, I really enjoyed it

The restaurant is nice and clean, with good portion sizes and reasonable prices. My brothers celebrated a birthday there, and our larger group was well accommodated. The menu caters primarily to meat lovers, but I was able to find an appetizer to enjoy, and everything I tried was delicious.
