Kfc - Royal Palm Beach

Was eaten some KFC and why not something other than meat on the grill. We ordered the 8 pieces of bucket. Let me tell you that everything has been boiled in point. The chicken is so tender and juicy. We ate a great dinner.

The chicken tenders were delicious. The 3 piece meal deal is a steal at $5. Three tenders, biscuit, side drink and a chocolate chip cookie. Can’t beat that. Chicken was delicious. Staff was prompt. Food came right out. I’ll definitely be back.

Very clean location inside and outside. Very respectful people, also I was able to substitute my fries for something due to my cholesterol been high. Also love the new look/design.

There's a chicken flavor and appearance found in big box stores, but it's often as dry and tough as beef jerky. Then there's KFC. For half a century, you've perfected your recipe, ensuring quality control that stands out. Unlike other fast-food places, KFC maintains a clean environment and offers a full menu with plenty of options. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. This location has a booming drive-thru and stays open late, plus they offer Uber Eats for added convenience.

I rated this place 5 stars just so my review would be noticed, but honestly, the service deserves -1 star! The training at this KFC is absolutely lacking. I witnessed two employees yelling in French while a mother was trying to save her choking 1.5-year-old baby. Meanwhile, the manager, Ms. Sandra, was just three feet away, talking on her cell phone and completely ignoring the situation, despite the empty lobby. Even after the mother successfully rescued her child after a terrifying four minutes, the managers remained indifferent and didn’t move from their spot. I highly discourage anyone from dining here!
