Nothing Bundt Cakes - Royal Palm Beach

I am a frequent customer for my family and for my office. I love the cakes, the staff however, not so much. Today it was Aliyah but it's really habitual. They always appear annoyed and have zero patience. Management needs to train them to understand that they are selling joy and need to be pleasant to the customer. We choose your bakery to be a part of our special event or cheat day and it really ruins the experience when we have an unpleasant encounter. From all the reviewshere it's not an isolated incident. Do better!

I love nothing Bundt cakes but I don?t recommend this location. I just picked up my birthday cake and asked for it chilled- if something is chilled the frosting should be fairly hard. Well it was room temperature and the frosting got on the sides of the cellophane and it was really hard to get it out of the wrapping. I call them to tell them it?s not chilled and I was basically called a liar and told to put it in the fridge, and to cut the cellophane off so it doesn?t get onthe sides (too late for that). For starters a properly chilled cake would not smear on the cellophane because the icing is harder, and I don?t have space in my fridge since I?m having a party- which is why I asked for it chilled. Patriciawas rude, unapologetic, and doesn?t seem to realize how excited I was to have this cake for my 30th birthday party. She spoke like I was bothering her and she did not care. Even if you can?t do anything to fix it a little empathy goes along way, and she needs to remember her customers are celebrating something special. It?s the center piece for a decorated table and now the frosting looks messy. Not the end of the world but I will not return to this location. I haveordered from other locations and they were much colder, I do know the difference between something chilled or something lightly refrigerated. They should check their refrigerators or start freezing cakes that are requested ?chilled?. Basedon other reviews I?m not the only one that was spoken to with a tone and not treated like a customer. Other than the frosting and temperature it really is a beautiful cake and the white chocolate raspberry is my favorite flavor!

This place and EVERTHING in it is absolutely amazing!!! I got the first cake as a gift. That attracted me! Chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, strawberry cream, phenomenal!

First time at this adorable shop yesterday and the sample Vanilla bundt cake was amazing. I bought the mini white chocolate raspberry and confetti cakes..my daughter and I were in Heaven. I'm not a cake person but I am going to order these for my daughter's baby shower. Great customer service, cute shop and amazingly moist/cute cakes you have to go to here.

A friend introduced me to these cakes a while back and I was so happy to come across their store when I was out west a few days ago. They are so yummy and definitely worth the drive. I tried the Confetti Cake and it was Delish!! Maybe someone will open one in Boynton Beach, FL...(that could be dangerous for my waistline though, lol)
