Terrible behavior from the owner, Radek Žíla. Avoid at all costs! I purchased a night in the royal suite for my parents at this ranch. Upon their arrival, the owner informed them that the royal suite was broken due to the previous guests, and instead offered them a room three times smaller in the basement that smelled of mold and mildew, along with a measly compensation of 100 crowns. My mom immediately called me in tears to tell me what had happened. I picked up the phone and called the owner right away. He literally laughed at me on the phone, claiming that things like this happen. After waiting for about an hour at the location, my parents decided to leave, as they were treated with complete disrespect. My mom couldn’t let it go and knocked on the royal suite door, and to their surprise, a very nice elderly couple opened the door, saying they were staying there. When she went back to the owner to confront him about this, he denied ever saying that the suite was unoccupied. One lie after another. When I tried calling the owner 13 times afterward, he didn’t pick up. Avoid this place!!!

Accommodation clean and beautiful, breakfast excellent, wellness areas clean. The owners and the staff are great We return to this place at least once every year and we are always happy to come back again

We were very satisfied! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was top-notch. The owners were wonderful, the horses were delightful, and the cats were affectionate. The food was very tasty, and the beer and plum brandy were excellent. Thank you very much, and we hope to see you again soon!

We do not recommend this restaurant. We received a gift and, due to having a young child, we decided to try it despite all the positive reviews. However, our experience was quite different. We wanted to play pool after dinner but were unable to do so as it can only be played after 6pm. We were also not allowed to play any games on a table, including laying horses with a child, for an additional fee. The room and decor were outdated and worn, with metal bed frames from the 80s. The staff seemed indifferent. The only positive aspect was that the food was enjoyable. However, considering the price we paid, it would be better to stay at a four-star hotel for the same price as the quality did not meet our expectations.
