Tgi Fridays - Rugby

The food was enjoyable as always, but we had to wait over 45 minutes for our starters to arrive. When the main courses finally came, one was missing. We did have that meal removed from the bill since it needed to be remade, but the service could have been handled much better. It felt like none of the staff knew what they were doing, and they were confused about even the simplest matters. I can understand if it's a busy night, but this was a Monday with only four tables occupied.

The seats and tables were filthy, and we had to ask multiple times to be moved, but our requests were ignored. The restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The food was outrageously overpriced, especially considering the portions were so small. There were very few vegetarian options available, and even those didn't justify the cost. For those with dietary restrictions, the selection was minimal since all the food is prepared in factories that handle allergens like nuts, eggs, and gluten. Overall, it felt like there were hardly any safe options for those with specific dietary needs, as everything is labeled "may contain" allergens.
