Dear Rosas! It's always bustling, but the wait is definitely worth it! If you have the opportunity, be sure to stop by and enjoy some delicious corn or one of their other tasty snacks. They always have cold drinks available as well!

A 1 room take and go spot in the center of Midtown Ruidoso...right off Sudderth and Eagle across from Noisy Water winery. Amazing roasted corn on the cob. You can get arroz in a cup or roasted in the husk as a snack or to take home. Best side you can get for your vacation rental BBQ!

I highly recommend this place for their delicious Mexican corn and other tasty snacks!

This stand, along with the one offering pony rides, has delicious roasted corn—a true Mexican elote that you can customize to your liking. I will definitely be back!
