McDonald's of Rural Hall

Not really good,I was watching employees take another employees hair aloose from braids,in the front of the store where you bag up the food,but they did wash there hands,well I seen 1 wash there hands,then she put her hair in a ponytail,very un professional Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Every time I arrive there is a long line. The service is slow and sometimes I am online for 30 minutes. It's crazy here most of the time there is only one drive through open. Went thru Drive thru and picked up food to take home. Easy in and out and everything was good! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Side Salad, Chicken Sandwich

Ice cream machine down of course. That will always be a complaint against McDonald's. Either get a machine easy enough for people to clean and serve your Mcflurries or take them off the menu.
