The stff is always helpful and the service is great. The foodnis consistentlybhotnand fresh. This is a training store and they consistently deliver. My fries were cold one time and they immediately replaced them.
I visit many Whataburgers in East Texas, but I always make it a point to stop at this particular location... there's just something unique about it. The burgers and fries are always served piping hot, and the flavor here seems even more delicious.
I really miss this location. I had an amazing team working during the day—truly the best teamwork I've ever seen. The food was fantastic. This is Carolyn, and I miss you all!
I visited the drive-thru, and everything seemed fine until I got home and discovered that my fries were missing from the bag. I decided to call back and spoke with Ella about the issue. She insisted that I had received my fries, which I found frustrating. I shouldn't have to argue with staff over this! I requested to speak to the manager twice, but he refused to take the call; I've been told his name is Donald. This is incredibly disappointing customer service!
