Mcdonald's - Ruskin

I believe that leadership should set a good example. I went out for dinner with my family tonight and ordered five meals, each in separate bags, along with a box of cookies for myself. When I checked the bags to ensure everything was correct, I noticed that the cookies were missing, so I returned to inform them of the oversight. I spoke with a manager, who had orange hair and was Caucasian, and explained that my cookies were not included. She responded dismissively, saying, "Yes, I know, but whatever." I found her attitude unacceptable; it was disrespectful and should not be tolerated, especially coming from someone in a management position. To make matters worse, since she was the manager, I felt there was no one I could report this behavior to.

You have a sign were EVERYONE required to wear a mask. But a young lady was in there with NO mask and was served. No, I did everything to her. Of course... Priviledge. I mentioned this to a manager and she knocked her shoulders and said she didn't care. I went because I didn't feel safe because only certain ppl are needed to wear mask. Saturday 9/12. At 3:00. Hopefully, companies can watch the cameras! Children go here too!.it's a big deal!

Went to this McDonald on labor day. Ordered our food. Sat at a table started eating. Was told we had to leave. Was told we had to leave. NO EATING INSIDE. NOTHING IS POSTED STATING THIS. NO TABLES ARÉ BLOCKED OUT. IF YOU DONT WANT PEOPLE EATING INSIDE IT NEEDS TO BE POSTED. We were Very offended and upset. Burger King accros street Lets people eat inside.

I'm not the biggest McDonald's fan in the world and they all seem exactly the same to me in every way, BUT I have to say that this particular McDonald's had the most delicious food I've ever eaten there! Fries were perfectly salty and cooked, burger on point, and the service was great.

The staff here were amazingly nice and fast. 17 of us showed up and the service was fast and the staff was very friendly.
