Club Cafe - Russell

This restaurant is a total ripoff. The food is decent, but you can really taste the excessive amount of sodium. We ordered a meal for four that cost less than $60, but with the addition of egg rolls (which were almost $3 each), a bowl of wonton soup for $10.50, and Chinese fried rice, the total came to $125. I was so surprised by the high cost that I forgot to get an itemized receipt. It was absolutely ridiculous to pay that much for a meal that was not worth it. I will not be returning.

This restaurant serves typical Chinese dishes that are neither exceptional nor disappointing. They also offer Canadian cuisine. The owner is welcoming and the food was served quickly and hot.

The best wonton soup I have ever tasted is only available on Wednesdays. They also serve excellent pho on Fridays. Both dishes are not listed on the menu, so make sure to inquire about them. Additionally, their homemade Chinese fragrant hot oil is outstanding.

We stopped in today. It was soooo fresh and delicious!! We had the won ton soup, Cantonese deluxe noodles and the Deluxe Egg Foo Young! Some of the best chinese food we have ever had!!

Will not do delivery and website says delivery was pretty rude on phone if I could give this a negative -5 I would .... Rivers has best Chinese anyways
