Burger King - Russellville

I placed a large online breakfast order, but when I arrived at the window, I was informed that they were out of eggs—an essential ingredient for everything I had ordered! When I asked the staff member about getting a refund, she seemed completely clueless, almost like a monkey eating a banana. I was essentially told to sort it out on my own, and that the restaurant would not issue a refund. After that, she just walked away! I wouldn't even give them a one-star rating if there were an option for a lower score. I definitely do not recommend wasting your time at this place!

Usually, you can get in and out pretty quickly. Occasionally, there might be a lull at the order speaker in the drive-thru. Overall, the staff is quite decent.

They made a mistake with my order. Once, they treated me to free fries, but the next time they forgot part of my order. So, I'm not quite sure what to think.

Had to wait a little while for them to take our order, but they were friendly and helpful. They made the food fresh for us and gave us plenty of sauces. Good food and service
