Dairy Queen - Russellville

The food at this restaurant is always excellent - hot and fresh. Although I had to wait for my order, it was worth it.

I ordered two melty blizzards at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, there were no lids available and the blizzards were running all over the place. I had to ask for a large handful of napkins to prevent a mess on the way home. There have been numerous complaints on our local food page today. If the restaurant cannot adequately staff their drive-thru, they should consider not opening at all.

We ordered blizzards and waited a long time. The person at the window handed them to us as if it was a bother, and when we asked for lids, he was rude. The cups of blizzards were not even half full and seemed haphazardly prepared. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

If this restaurant wants a better rating, they should teach employees how to do customer service, including at the drive-thru.

Asked for crispy fries with my meal and I got soggy fries, dipped in the grease and pulled up.... No ice were the customer and get it... U have to ask.... No ketchup were u can get... U have to aak..... The cook woman is on her phone texting.... VeryUnprofessional and very dirty
