Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Russellville

If you have about $15 to spend per person, you'll have a decent meal at this Tropical Smoothie. The food is good, but there isn't a lot of it... especially for the price. Smoothies are pretty solid though. I haven't had a terrible time with the employees like other's have mentioned.

This place used to be so warm and friendly. Until they hired the blonde girl up front who will NEVER speak a single work to you. I’ve been multiple times and she hasn’t yet to say a word, much less even attempt to seem like she even wants to be there. Body language looks like she was forced to be there. Please revert back to the people who were there or please find some better employees. Thank you.

I wish I could leave zero stars on service. Their service at the North Arkansas location in Russellville is embarrassingly slow. Their staff seems indifferent to good customer service. Today I interacted with two different employees. After taking my order, there were zero words spoken to me. I’m actually impressed that a human being can interact with someone and not speak to them. Sad that places like this are allowed to operate…

Workers were rude. This happened April 1st, 2024. Waited by the speaker for several minutes before I had to say something. Only reason I waited that long was because I thought the vehicle at the window had a big order. Nope. Car left and I still waited a bit before saying something at the drive thru speaker. Not even a hello, sorry for your wait. Just what can I get you? I told them my name and that I had an order through the app. Got to the window. Again, not a hello just hands me my straw then drink and before I can say, thank you, the girl closes the window. Idk if the other customers got on their nerves but don 't take it out on other customers.

The smoothy was delicious and the food was good too. The service was friendly.
