Domino's Pizza - Rutherfordton

My experience with the online ordering was smooth, and I appreciate that aspect. However, I found it completely unacceptable for them to serve me a burnt pizza. When I called to address the issue, I was told to either return the pizza or they could note me down for a free pizza in the future. I brought the burnt pizza back, and the staff member acknowledged that it was indeed burnt. Of course, I knew it was burnt—why else would I have bothered to return it? They did make me a new pizza, which was good, but there was no offer of compensation for my time or gas spent bringing back the burnt pizza. Additionally, by the time I got home, the other two pizzas I ordered were already cold.

I ordered over the phone and it took quite a while before I was notified that my pizzas and pasta dish were ready.

I had a frustrating experience trying to reach this restaurant late at night. They don't seem to answer the phone, and even though their website claims they're not too busy, online ordering and pickup are unavailable. I've been calling for 20 minutes now, and it's already 10 PM—still no answer!

I have always been happy with Dominoes. Service and quality is excellent.. When I have large groups everyone is happy with the variety of pizza.

The Brooklyn style pizza was over cooked. It was supposed to be foldable but it was to hard to fold. The thin crust should have a shorter cooking time than the traditional. So I paid $26 for burnt toast
