Poor communication and poor management. They claimed my emails went to spam . That is inaccurate. They chose to ignore me and my questions about when the studio is open for a holiday. I posted the question on my own page to see if the studio is open on holiday, which was a Monday. Normally it wouldn't be but because the studio is closed for a Covid contact, they were going to be open on that day, however that was not reflected on the schedule. I reached out several times about tuition questions and never received an answer and when I confronted the person, they made excuses about how they have two full-time jobs and are trying to take more time for themselves and weren't checking their emails often. When I reached out about a tuition reimbursement due to the lack of services, I was told that it was optional that I didn't have my daughter enrolled in the class and that they cannot do a refund.

I was a customer for over 5 yrs,things went well until I had questions about my billing statement then it all went downhill. I always paid what I owed and I offered my professional services free of charge whenever needed. My child worked extremely hard and was an asset to this studio. After politely asking for (fees) money I had paid for 2 events that were covid 19 cancelled all I got back was a percentage 4 months later and was told i was harassing and the most difficult parent. I also paid for costumes and only received 3 out of 4. Once again politely asked for the costume and remaining percentage of money that was overlooked and owed to me and I was told there would be no more communication with me. This is how I was treated and still am out money owed to me. Never once was I unprofessional or difficult. I did stay on top of this issue as would anyone that paid for services or products and never received them. As a business owner myself the treatment I received was absolutely unprofessional from this business. I hope no one else experiences what I have.
