Family Inn - Rydalmere (NSW)

Probably an OK pub for the area. We went to another pub nearby and did not like it at all, so we went to The Family Inn and stayed there for an afternoon meal. Food was very good and big meals. We couldn't finish either of our meals!! Good value for money. Beer is cold and table service is quick. Staff are friendly. Outdoor beer garden looks like it has recently been done up. A nice place to sit in the sun. Good music!

Wow! The outside doesn’t reflect the amazing interior. The burger and calamari were fantastic – fresh and perfectly cooked, neither oily nor dry. The staff were exceptionally friendly. It was my first visit, but I'll definitely be coming back. Don't judge a book by its cover!

Although it may seem like a simple choice, we decided to take our mom out for dinner on the night of her 80th birthday. It was a last-minute decision on a Thursday evening, and with a group of nine, we had to act quickly. The kitchen was bustling since there was a pool competition happening as well. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and we received our food surprisingly fast. It happened to be pizza special night, so we all enjoyed pizzas. He had the Surf the BBQ, while my son opted for the Tropical pizza. I chose the Fettuccini Boscaiola with chicken. We also ordered the classic garlic bread and bruschetta to share. A big shoutout to the staff for handling our group and serving up delicious, generous portions promptly and with plenty of smiles. As for the pool competition, none of us came out as winners!

I've visited this restaurant three times: twice for client meetings and once with family and friends. The venue is quite large and spacious, which adds to the experience. The staff provides friendly customer service, and the food is good.

The Family Inn is located on the corner of Victoria Rd and Park Rd, although not too appealing on the outside, there is parking at the rear and has a beer garden. Inside there is a bistro and ordering for food and drinks can be done via QR code. Food is reasonably priced though selection of alcoholic beverages are standard. Pool table available and there is a large pokies area.
