We couldn’t fault our trip here the other night and we are going again tonight. Simple traditional food, served very quickly and with a smile. Parking is a bit difficult but that is not the restaurants fault and there is parking nearby that is only a short walk. Very happy x

Simple cuisine with ocean view prices ? Hard to find parking . The food was basic nothing special and the prices where beach prices they are in messines ? better opcions around for better prices and food .

We live fairly nearby and have eaten here a fair number of times over the last three years. There was always a very friendly, jovial, attentive waiter. He wasn’t there the last few times (left? and we noticed the food wasn’t perhaps up to the usual standard. However, the last time, about three weeks ago, we decided not to return. Steak was very rare, rather than the medium rare requested, and grisly. Salmon was half it’s usual size and quite unevenly cooked- one half just right and the other overcooked. The young waiter, though polite, a little offhand. We had to ask for drinks when the main meal was served as it wasn’t offered. Such a shame as this used to be one of our ‘go to’ restaurants when we have visitors. Or just when we fancy a good meal out.

Fomos lá petiscar uma tarde e foi simplesmente top. Uma sapateira recheada grande e fresca, pão regional torrado, biquerões fritos, pratito com bom presunto e bom queijo e «cerveja da torneira» tirada com mestria. Não é um restaurante de luxo, mas um café-petisqueira onde a relação dinheiro pago/qualidade servida está no máximo.
