A nice place to eat portugese when you feel lazy about cooking, with an always helpful and friendly team!

About 3km out from the center of Sao Bras De Alportel is this great little bar which serves good honest traditional Portuguese lunch and dinner, although Paula will if asked do a simple egg or ham sandwich at lunch time. The prices are so low and normally there are a sprinkling of local brits who use the bar to watch football and play pool, but the many locals who use the bar atest to its authenticity.

The coffee and drinks are good; The owners, Paula and Fernando look after you well. The wifi works very well both inside and outside.

A really friendly bar, a great place to go with friends and a brilliant place to meet new friends. If you love playing pool this is the place to go, and also for darts fans you will love it too. The owners can never do enough for you and always make you feel welcome. One visit is all you need and then like me you always go back when I am in the area. This cafe bar also has a shop attached to it so what's even better go out for a drink and do your shopping at the same time, who can ask for more!
