Great selection.....Rocky Road especially....and very clean place.
We order same things every week. 2 Hand packed 24oz of ice cream. Today was at least the 3rd time they delivered our packed order not packed at all and and short.: very disappointing and unable to call no one answers phone number. Apparently no supervisor?
Every time I've bought ANYTHING from this location it's absolutely terrible takes FOREVER. The employees are awful.. lazy.. or absent! You have to be incompetent to screw up 3 lousy scoops of ice cream!!! And if I call to complain, the recordings in spanish!! This Rosecrans location just SUCKS!!!!
I came at 7:30 and they had closed already even though it says 8pm close.
