For strangers, this is a completely inconspicuous house. It is a relatively busy road fork. An old baroque building, one of the old Saarbrücken restaurants. Very good kitchen and excellent. Originally the written day card on the wall next to the counter. It cost us very well and the price/performance ratio is right! I wasn't here last time. Recommended for business and private occasions. After more than 2 years, since my last report, I find the eagle still great. I like to be there again and again in summer in the garden behind the house. Service, friendliness and quality of the kitchen Super is also quite clear about Annie Lecomte Jehl! Thank you.

Great location with many delicious dishes. Service and competence exemplary. They feel good and can spend beautiful hours.

The original type of restaurant that is rarely found today: pleasant historical atmosphere combined with a manageable but very good menu and attentive service. I can only recommend. that was my first, but did not definitiw my last visit here.

On our trip we decided spontaneously for an evening meal in the “Adler”. both service and food have exceeded our expectations. a great service and eating was simply delicious. very tasty and wonderfully served. If we come to saarland next time, we'll be back.
