A taste above has recently changed their business model, sort of?We love going there for breakfast and enjoy chatting with the friendly staff, especially Mindy. Absolute fire! Old school Hawaiian style breakfast. Spam Portuguese sausage fried rice all the way! Delicious freshly sliced steak and pork chops. The best loco Moco gravy you will have ever tasted! Caramelized sweet onions, deep dark au jus gravy on a freshly formed ground beef patty (not frozen). You just the from scratch flavor and the details that only the legendary chef Charlie knows! My family had a delicious breakfast here that was better than any of the fancy Hawaiian breakfast you would wait in line for at a much more affordable price. Pretty soon I am curious if chef Charlie will bring his legendary prime rib fried chicken and clam chowder over here?Favorite breakfast I've had in years. I recommend you go before the line to get in starts wrapping around the corner.FYI the place is already getting busy and that's with hardly any signage marketing.
