Annabelle's Pizza Pasta - Sacramento

I can confidently say that there has never been frozen pizza sold at this restaurant; that's simply misinformation. While it's not the absolute best, the staff does their best with the resources they have. Guy and Renee Hagopian are wonderful people. I've worked there for over five years (James), and I assure you, there is no frozen pizza being served. Don't believe the false claims.

The salad itself is quite good. If you pick up a slice of pizza from the corner, it's surprisingly sturdy and doesn't droop more than an inch. Unfortunately, the texture of the pizza is reminiscent of cardboard. I truly appreciate that the service seems indifferent to most customer feedback—they still neglect to clean the dining areas, and they even have a claw machine where the claw doesn't function properly. This place is truly my favorite! During my last visit, they managed to clean the salad bar at least four times, but the tables and chairs remained untouched. As I tried to stand up, the stickiness even clung to my pants for a moment. Please heed this review! It’s an incredible experience! I simply love the taste of stale cardboard—so delicious!

The food options included cheap, store-bought pizza with only a few varieties, subpar spaghetti, diluted mac and cheese, and a salad bar that barely offered anything beyond simple greens and a few vegetables. You could see the disappointment on the faces of all the other diners. As for the atmosphere, the area next to the large screen TV was locked, and the noise from the video games nearby was overwhelming and irritating, even if you weren't playing them. Overall, a truly disappointing experience.

The salad bar was fresh and minimal, featuring macaroni, spaghetti, and pizza. Everything was good, although the pizza crust was slightly too yeasty for my liking, but it was still edible. Prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly. I noticed that a few tables hadn't been cleared during our visit, but overall, the place was clean. I will definitely be coming back.
