The burgers and fries are of great quality, but the drive-thru service could be improved.

I am an African American woman who visited this restaurant today at 8 p.m. to pick up my DoorDash order. Unfortunately, no one greeted me, and I waited for over five minutes while the staff passed by without offering any assistance. There were no updates on my order, and when they finally got to it, they forgot my drink. Instead of preparing my drink, the girl made ten other drinks while I continued to wait for my order, which should have been ready much earlier. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing.

The food was excessively greasy and overly messy. I wouldn't recommend it.

I had a worst service I've ever experienced. I contacted her company office with zero response. Don't worry.
