I ordered an Oreo shake late at night and they actually delivered. Thanks Jack!!!

Curly fries were burnt. Tacos were burnt. Everything was cold.

Went to the drive thru to order food and the employer and I was also told manager of the day when I called in. She was very unprofessional very rude, cut my husband off when he was trying to tell her the correct number that we wanted. Then when Icalled to say that it wasn 't great customer service, it was her that picked up and she said Sorry for however you feel! Wewill not be going back to this jack in the box again!

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS This jack in the box is consistently closed between 1-5AM because their system is down and they cannot take any orders. If you 're closed between 1-5AM on a regular basis because your payment system is so unreliable then you 're not open24hours. Forget coming here for late night/early morning food you 'll just be wasting your time. On a side note the quality ofthe food and service at this Jack in the Box has also gone down in the recent years. I 've regularly had missing items in myorder and the food has been overcooked or sloppily put together. I 'm assuming this is incompetent management.
