Localis - Sacramento

In a word, perfection. during a tasting menu, in particular with many cures and a pair of weeping, there is a dish or two that seems just ok, or a wee that does not appeal to the palate. that didn't happen last night. after cursing, weeping after weeping, every bite and sip delivered delicious. beautiful presentation, combining amazing aromas and textures – it was a dream true. we loved everything! my man and I really appreciate the ambiente, the friendliness of the whole team and the kind attention of the owner. the wine/cocktail pairings were perfect and the small castings were very appreciated. we hope to return on our next trip to sacramento!

Fantastic experience! eating and the plating was great. so many great aromen along with beautiful presentation. the service was excellent with a dose setting from the entire team. ashley was our lead server and made everything special. great freshly made drink selection from barkeeper. chef chris and his team have made presentations and aromen a priority. we're coming back!

Just one of the best experiences we had! we had lucky enough to sit valentineday evening dinner reservations for the cooks table from the moment we went, we were impressed by everything. staff: very friendly, attentive, 10/10! each individual person has made us feel at home and everyone seemed happy to be there what is a hard-found! chef chris's team were all amazing with him crafts. he explained every court that the whole team was synchronized when every court was out. chris gave a great explanation from each court informed us how he came to the creation of every court etc. we have eaten many “good restaurants”, but that was something else. every court that came out, we caught ourselves saying, "This is the best and so I have ever had" my favorite was the otopus. I had never cooked anything like it- with perfection! localis is an experience for me, not only “Dinner”. it's expensive if they're looking for dinner only, but if they ever want to have a 12-course dinner experience from an amazing cook, localis is probably the best place to do it in sacramento. will be back in future definitiw! thanks to the whole staff!

Well, that was amazing. They put together a whole show for you. The chef breaks down all of the things that you're eating, which is great because I have no idea what all the great ingredients are.
