Obo Italian Table - Sacramento

OK, Doordash suggested I try a new restaurant,OBO. Here goes, the Rigatoni Bolognese did not taste Italian, it tasted like an American Casserole, furthermore, I added the Bolognese sauce on 2 orders as suggested by a reviewer Mighty Expensive The Beet salad was fair, refreshing but here again I had to add green and red onions, more added expenses The Garlic Parmesan Focaccia was neither here nor there, ordered 2 Last but not least, I tried the Salted Caramel Sandwich Cookie WOW, one cookie arrived I only wish I could have distinguished the taste of Caramel. A Mighty Expensive Meal without any enjoyment and I normally enjoy Sellands restaurants. Live and Learn!

A Pepperoni pizza that apos;s mostly burnt and what isn apos;t has zero flavor somehow for nearly $35?! No. Your Cherry Tomato Caprese tasted old and a lot like mothballs. I think I had 1 teeny tiny scrap of basil, 3 pieces of what had to be old mothballs, and 5726265783168837617 pieces of mushy tomatoes. The Macaroni Cheese was half an ice cream scoop of bland, mushy, mush. Yuck.

Beautiful restaurant. Variety of food choices. Great for a big group. Cafeteria style. Indoor and outdoor seating. Food came out quickly.

The food is absolutely amazing. The beet salad is delicious. My favorite restaurant in Sacramento. Beets! Loved it And the Italian sandwich? Yummy

I always enjoy coming back here and never had a bad experience whenever I come here. I will say that the cheesecake bar is my new guilty pleasure that I just discovered. It was light enough but still flavorful and filling. I'll be back real soon for some more!!!
