Pachamama Coffee - Sacramento

The straight espresso is delightful, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. However, every time I've ordered a milk-based drink (like a latte or cortado), the milk has been steamed excessively hot—almost burnt, to the extent that it negatively affects the milk's flavor. It may be a good idea to "reset" and start using a milk thermometer to ensure the drinks are crafted properly.

A tad pricey but nonetheless worth it for quality coffee! I got the small iced maple latte with oat milk, yummy, smooth and not overly sweet! My boyfriend got the iced lavender matcha and he seemed to enjoy it.
