Bidra med feedbackThis is one of the top 5 Cantonese restaurants in the Sacrament area. Definitely give it a try.
I am soo disappointed in the honey walnut shrimp. $16.95 with such a small portion. My order was placed through doordash and I wouldn't recommend these items. The chowfun was bland and the honey walnut shrimp portion was ridiculous. Some of the shrimp from the honey walnut shrimp didn't even have any coating. This was my first and last time ordering from there
The food is incredible! Shrimp chow mein is my fave so far.
I want to start by saying, thank you, Dustin N. from Avondale, for your review. I used it as a guide for what to watch for when I held a large karaoke party for friends and family last night. Because I've always been intrigued by the idea of a private karaoke room with an extensive library of songs from all genres, not to mention a full food/drink/boba menu at my disposal, I figured this would be a fun place for my birthday celebration. Plus, I had had the food/boba here many times, and I knew they were up to par. My friends and family love good food and drink, and are total hams with karaoke, so it was a no brainer. Here's the whole story. THE KARAOKE ROOM: I had reserved a large room on a Saturday night for 2 hours. Pricey $88/hour because it was peak time. I double checked the same day to make sure it was still reserved again, thanks Dustin! Was it worth the price for the room? Well, not quite that much. It was great to see the relatively easy to learn program for finding music, but Dustin was correct in that it favored Chinese songs, not to mention language. You could easily search English songs, but you had to remember to keep tapping the English icon. The songs weren't super user friendly to search, either. The search would only take the first 3 letters of the artist/title, and even that didn't work as well. To really see a lot of stuff, you had to search by the first letter and forward through the whole list, as opposed to trying to pinpoint through the first 3 letters. It was a bit confusing, but we were up to it. There were a few selections that played the video just fine, but there were no lyrics. When we asked, the man helping us said that some were just like that. Still, in the end, we managed to find at least 25 30 songs of all genres to enjoy and sing. We had Beatles, Bee Gees, ABBA, Flo rida, Ariana Grande, Disney songs, and so on. We even kept the room for an extra hour because we were having so much fun. THE FOOD AND DRINK: Delicious! We ordered drinks, both alcoholic and boba, and they were all well made and tasty. We also love to drink water, and the pitchers of water just kept coming. The food was very consistent with the great taste and quality that I had experienced before we had ordered appetizers and main dishes. Which brings me to.... THE SERVICE: AWESOME. Maybe I wasn't expecting much it can be hard to track service people down in the restaurant/reception area when needed. But now I see where they all are. The karaoke rooms are equipped with a call button and, when it was pushed, a service person was there within a few minutes. So glad I found it! The drinks took a while, but there were about 14 of us, so the delay can be overlooked. Like I said above, pitchers of water were filled and refilled with hardly a pause. I love water, so this is a point gainer. My nephew was wondering if he could cast something from YouTube. I didn't know, but I should have steered him toward the call button. Special requests, like a replacement drink when a cup broke, different plates, more napkins, etc, were attended to immediately with our good friend the call button. Overall, given the limitations of the karaoke system, we were treated very well. It wasn't a cheap night. But the most important point is that the people in my party left feeling happy, well fed, and all sung out. Even other people in the restaurant, who had also been doing karaoke in another room, wished us a good evening when we left. The whole mood was happy, and my friends and family expressed interest in doing it again.
Was in town to visit family for the day. On the way home stopped by KTV. Parked in a tight small space in a narrow lot. Walked in to a clean and modern spot. Entered to a wide entryway split into a . Left front counter, right, dining room Boba bar liquor bar, rear front door, forward clean bathrooms Karaoke rooms. Walked right finding twelve tables in various sizes. Sat far back in a booth escorted by a nice young lady. Scanned the menu QR code on the table and found lots of choices. . Decided on the $48.00 menu, pick 3 dishes and a soup. Twenty items and four soups to choose from. Rice extra $1.75 per bowl. We had beef chow fun dry, Peking ribs, and braised cod with tofu. Chow fun noodles were soft not greasy and beef tender and flavorful. Peking ribs were bone or boneless with a good fry and lots of tangy sauce, cod was deep fried and tossed in thick flavorful gravy with fried tofu , mushrooms and roast pork. Hot and sour soup was hot ! Full of thick pieces of soft tofu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, fungus and just the right balance of tang spice.
