Bidra med feedbackBeautiful meal byo always a bonus. efficient staff. last time I was here about 7 years ago, now updated, shame, it was not busy as it was quite a big restaurant to fill. in total really nice dinner in the middle. price very reasonable
Order over $100 worth of food and one was cured garnel. I'm too home to find that they cleaned us. they wanted to say it was me and it was what I ordered. I said no, I ordered healed garnel. they said we'd figure out I'd pay the difference. when I came home, I found the healed garnels were the garnels they used in fried rice! service to the competent not to this cooperation
Had a nice meal with the family for my mother in law 81. birthday. eating was fantastic, the restaurant ran down, but the staff could not have been helpful and patient, 12 of us including 3 very lively children. thanks to
That's not the first time we're trying this place. I have lived 9 years on the same road and once every few years tried, but I will never try again. not only was my eating absolutely disgusting, but after I all. that had been taken back and complained about it, the young girl at the desk was told me that the manager would refund me. I never have a refund or even a phone cell. the chicken of my satay huh was like gum, it had two pieces of ananas with him that tasted like the smell of raw meat, the pigs were fruity and tasted like the smell of an old dying pig and the crispy noodles and crispy crackers were cooked in what tasted like in the last few years oil. the dishes are expensive and the service really lacked. I'm really angry that I couldn't even get the recognition of a bad meal, even after I have taken away all the hunger. this place is forever a non-going zone for me!
We bought take away (Mongolian Lamb Special fired rice and took it home. We served some up on our plates and was eating away, didn 't taste too bad. I came across something that looked like a crispy piece of meat so I started chewing...it. I couldn 't bite through it so I put it back on my plate to inspect it closer. As I pulled it away from the rest of the food I realised it was a HUGE piece of plastic. I instantly felt sick. This had been cooked along with the meat. How did they not notice a huge piece of plastic cooking away??? It 's pretty obvious but when plastic is cooked it releases toxins/poisons etc... I returned to the restaurant and explained it at the front counter, and showed them the plastic. They were both horrified and apologised profusely. I asked to speak to the chef (If you can call him that??? . One of the girls went in to explain what happened to him and asked if he would come and see me. I don 't know what he was saying but he was yelling at her. He stormed out to see me and I tried to explain to him what had happened. He didn 't seem to care at all. I assumed there was a language barrier so I lifted the plastic out of the food and showed him. Again he didn 't care, he only offered to make a new one for me. There is NO WAY I was going to trust this chef to cook again for me. While he was babbling at me incoherently I asked him How does this plastic end up in the food??? No answer from him. So i lifted it and showed him. He snatched the plastic from my hand and threw it down. (Maybe to avoid other people in the restaurant seeing it? I was given a full refund for the meal, and will never eat there again!!!
