**NEW OWNER: Malibu Fish & Chips, Malibu Rd** I hadn't had fish and chips from this place in over two years due to poor quality, but with news of a new owner, I decided to give it another shot. Wow!!! Everything was absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh, the batter was light and crispy, and the chips were tasty—all served piping hot. The service was excellent, and it was a fantastic value for the money. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back! - Ann

The staff is excellent, and the management has recently changed. There's a new menu, and the owner even prepares his own pickled onions.

I had a very disappointing experience. The food was overly greasy; for $5 worth of chips, which I usually get at my local fish and chip shop, we barely received enough to feed our family—only about six chips! The potato croquettes tasted pre-made and were boiled, not freshly prepared like at my usual spot. Plus, everything was twice the price. Overall, I’m really unhappy with this visit.

Kid Friendship: The amount I paid was not what I expected, and the chips were overcooked and burnt. I was really disappointed, especially since Emily's Fish and Chips is no longer open.
