Good Time's Pizza Saginaw

My husband and I get pizza from good times a few times each month. Tonight we ordered two pizzas one regular and one double decker. After driving home we realized that we got 2 regular pizzas. We spent over $40 and tipped. I called and spoke to the manager and he said that he would only rectify the situation if we drove all of the way back into town and returned the incorrect pizza. I asked him if we could just get a credit for the extra money that we spent on the double decker. He refused. All we wanted was the difference we paid for what we didn’t receive. The manager was condescending and talked to me like he didn’t really care. I told him that this isn’t how to keep loyal, returning customers and that we won’t be back and he said sorry you feel that way(rudely) then hung up. If you care about your customers at all you should treat them correctly!

Love This pizza to death. The staff and owner is Always nice, like so lovely ,And just very cool. I'm so sorry for people that don't eat this pizza. It's my whole cheat day , I definitely depend on it. And it's always perfect just yum ?

When you order pizza from here Make sure you put Parmesan for the crust flavor, it makes a difference. Their pizza does not make me feel bloated or make me feel like I over ate. Great pizza.

Extremely rude, both the assistant manager and manager, and they hung up on me when I called about my order being wrong after I just wanted a replacement at another time. Would not leave my information for the owner, would not give me the corporate number. Then when asked again he said I could have their office number which is the manager that I was already speaking with, I was told I could leave a message for the person i was already speaking with who hung up on me. I was not rude and was being polite but I guess that doesn't matter to them, horrible at customer service. I will be going to b.b.b. to report them.
