Kfc - Saginaw

They have made 90% of my order wrong, only after she had messed up the order of the person before us so badly, she held the line for about half an hour. not all kfcs are bad, and I don't expect much. but at least try to do their job properly.

I ordered the 3 pieces nashville hot chicken strip combination, with kartoffel instead of the French pommes and an additional keks and a pepsi. I stripped the three and the pepsi, everything else was wrong. I guess I should be happy that they have the half of the order right and count my blessings. the order on the entrance was correct, but somewhere down the line she lost, or they can not follow any basic instructions. this happens quite often at this place, I go there because it is 2 miles from my house I think I need to travel longer distances for a proper order.

This was the worst service I ever got at this particular location ordering was fine took 20 minutes for us to get our order got both our burgers wrong then it took another 5 to 10 minutes for them to remake our sandwiches and mine was still wrong if I could give it a zero I would I will never go to this KFC a&w ever again and since they got my sandwich wrong I told them to just give me a refund

Worst chicken I've ever gotten from KFC!!!! Asked for half and half and couldn't tell the difference between the extra crispy and original!! It's was basically all burnt and dried out!! I thought the Center/State store was bad but, this one is the worst!!! I've had better chicken from Kroger's

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! Their employees can NOT EVER get an order right ever. I asked for a corporate number they dont have one and apparently they have no managers working and don't know how to answer their phone either. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
