Bidra med feedbackI was pleasantly surprised to find that they were amazingly fried catfish. Your wings are also good. My favorite is the honey mustard. I think it's up. I also dive my catfish into her instead of tartaric acid. And everything is cheap.
I lived in Saginaw for 16 years and I use to love this place until recently. I always ask for my wings to be fried extra crispy, 2 months ago I asked for extra, got home, it was the usual chewy skin. I placed them in the oven. Never called the restaurant. Tonight, I specifically asked for extra crispy and explained that the last time I didn’t receive what I asked for, she said no problem it will be and extra 3 minutes. I get my order and leave. I live 4 minutes from there, get home and no extra crispy. I call the young lady and explain, she says “oh, so sorry, we cooked for extra 3minutes” and that was it, no “ok, bring them back” or “discount on next order”, nothing. I’m no longer a fan, won’t go back. UPDATE: Today I was called by management with an apology, wanting an opportunity to make it right! I appreciated the effort and apology accepted. That’s all I wanted and expected! I will continue to do business with them.
I've been a fan of WingStop for years now, but Wings 21 is just as good, if not better. I have never been served over-cooked wings, the fries are always crispy (which I prefer), there is a great selection of wing sauces, and there is a surprising variety of extras on the menu. The staff are all extremely polite, friendly, and provide some of the best customer service I've experienced. There are a few wing places closer to my house, but my boyfriend I will sometimes go out of our way to visit Wings 21 because they really are that great.
The wings may be small, but they are absolutely delicious! The flavor is outstanding, though the portion sizes feel a bit unfair. In terms of taste, these are honestly the best wings I've tried in Dallas. The wings are indeed quite tiny, but the nice owner makes up for it with great service. I was able to get a combo of 10 wings with fries and a drink for just $10. I opted for the classic buffalo wings, and the sauce was incredible while the chicken was cooked to perfection. The owner prepares your food only after you place your order, so be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for your meal. The interior is cozy, with two TVs and plenty of seating, and it's kept clean.
This restaurant used to be fantastic! It went through a rough patch a few years ago, but now it's really good again. They fry their wings with the skin on, so they're neither baked nor soggy. We tried the Tropic flavor, and while it was quite good, it could have had a bit more flavor. The classic buffalo was spot on! The honey BBQ was also really tasty. They serve both curly fries (which are delicious) and regular fries. It's definitely worth a visit. We like it much better than most chain restaurants!
