TGI FRIDAYS - Creve Coeur

I made a reservation on open table and when I arrived there, the guy who had no idea what I was talking about and a girl came up and said there was no reservation! it was very cool in there, air conditioning blows and we switched tables but by no means. the waitress was good. ordered the new special 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 desserts for $20.00 I had a cheeseburger and it was just like I ordered it.

We always ask for vanessa that she is great. we are one of their regulars since they began with waiting, knowing what we want to drink (ice with lemon is midday). Usually we order the lunch menu. They need to ask for it, or they get the complete blown dinner menu. in the regular mix or fit the specials on the back of the menu. Eating is plentiful, good and served on time.

The hostess was a total flock, she wouldn't honor our reservation, so we went into the bar when I told her that a "pub table" had opened, we wanted to sit there after it was cleaned, she acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. later, she told me that she had never heard of the "Pub Table". I showed her an open standing in the bar, but claimed it was for someone else who still ignored our reservation. she cleaned the pub table, but left 2 sets of utensils, 3 pub chairs and 1 menu, as 4 of us eat. I went to the Hostess booth got the remaining 3 menus that they don't even ask why. we took a chair from the bar so we could all. the family of us had 2 children throwing tantrums the elder asked so much of the waitress, another couple went on their bill, another table had two rejected cards phone a friend to bring them money. it happened to us after 20 minutes, our waitress never wanted to make it to us. when we started to go, she went on looking for very stressed. she never imagined, probably just need to emphasize. I said hello, which she calmed down easily, that we were going. she took our command, then I wondered if she knew how long we waited. she informed us that the hostess never told her about our table. no shock! we asked about the $15 unlimited appetizers, but they said they don't exist on Friday or on any holiday. the restaurant is called tgif. Really? we made an alternative order according to 2 sets of utensils that were missing. after 15 minutes we waited for drinks. after all, they arrived. I ordered a kirschkalkada, it was 2/3’s full 1/3’rd crushed ice. I've begun to refill mine. 15 minutes later the additional 2 utensilien arrived, 1 missing a fork that the knife was dirty. our food has been grounded, bones in wings instead of boneless, medium-sized burger instead of well done, friends eating came later.

The service is terrible. we waited for 15 minutes to see our waitress coming up, waited 50 for our appetizers who came at the same time as our salads and escape

Seared as soon as we hot there, waited 20 minutes for someone to come by and even acknowledge our exis8, but no, asked a hosted twice to send someone over, but no, after another 5 minutes or so we left. Other people around us were complaining, wanting their food. Never ever coming back to this place . It sucks the big one
