Longhorn Steakhouse - Saint Charles

Longhorn Steakhouse has been our go-to spot for takeout since the pandemic began. They’ve done an excellent job following safety protocols. The steaks, shrimp, and salmon are all delicious and very reasonably priced. We place our orders and pay online, and the food is always perfectly cooked and hot when it's brought to our car. Our orders have been consistently accurate! Even before the pandemic, we appreciated the friendly staff, clean environment, and tasty meals at a great price. Great job, Longhorn team! This steakhouse chain across America truly delivers and is well worth the price. They adhere to Covid guidelines and are very respectful when it comes to rules and mask-wearing. The ambiance inside is fantastic—I love the design, which is inspired by the Wild West. The food is excellent, with a varied menu and generous portion sizes. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is pleasant. The bathrooms are also clean. I was very pleased with my dinner stop here.

We went for New Year’s Eve early dinner. Server was great on a busy day. All our steaks were cooked correctly and tasted wonderful. One of the persons in our group got the brussel sprouts, and everyone that tasted them said they were the best they ever tasted. St Charles does not mandate masks. All the workers had them, but some guests did not. I wish Longhorn would require them until the pandemic is under control.

First time coming! Won't be the last! I'm just so glad my steak was cooked perfectly! The shrimp were amazing! Great workers! Highly recommended!

Overall, the food was pretty good. When We first checked in they told is it was a 20 minute wait and they would text when the table was ready. When they texted we came in from the car and when we got inside they had gave our table away and it had literally only been 3 minutes since they sent the text. They apologized and told us we would be next in line which took another 5 or so minutes. The waitress was nice, the food was pretty good. The restroom was in need of cleaning when I went inside.
