Gilbert's Lodge - Saint Clair Shores

Gilbert's is a family-friendly pub/restaurant with a fun, quirky hunting lodge theme. The decor features animal heads on the walls and plenty of exposed wood, and while the menu includes standard bar fare, it's spiced up with some unique touches like Moose Wings and Bear Claws. As for the bar, it’s pretty average. The selection isn't extensive—beer snobs will only find Blue Moon or maybe a Stella. But oh, that buffalo burger!! It’s definitely worth it!

Visit this place! I worked there one summer and found the food to be fantastic, the staff incredibly friendly, and the prices very reasonable. Definitely try the pizza!

This is a fantastic restaurant with great drinks and a lovely atmosphere. My sister mentioned that it has been a staple for quite some time. They serve delicious comfort food, and we had a wonderful experience. And don't miss out on the giant chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert – it's a must-try!

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. The ambiamce was calming and the bartender Michelle was attentive and helpful, the wine was fresh, making the food taste even better! I went with the baked spaghetti and was full 1/4 way through my plate. Well definitely be back!

I'm admitting my age, but the last time I was here was nearly 50 years ago! We came for dinner as a group of 5 and enjoyed every aspect of our meal. Wonderful server... Excellent food and drink... All in a friendly atmosphere were were could actually carry a conversation around our table no loud music! I grew up here but live in the Pacific NW now, but I'll be back!
