Kfc - Saint Cloud

A huge shout out and recognition to the Manager Daniel, his Asst Mgr and all the team from this KFC location. They assisted me very well with a big order of 100 boxes of meals for an event I had today at a local church. Everything was packed and sealedwith all the needed condiments, napkins, forks and knives. They packed the drinks on special KFC sealed containers for ourenjoyment. They even helped me by loading all the food in the car. My event went very well and for that I am very thankful toDaniel and his team!

The drive thru accuracy, knowledge, politeness has gone way down. I?ve gotten my orders made incorrectly. I?ve had soda spilt down the side of my truck when they try to pass them thru the window. I?ve been shorted chicken and been given lousy tacos. Ireally can?t think of the last time it was right. Today they shorted me 2 pieces chicken and it was not crispy. When I got homeI called and was told I had to drive back to the store if I wanted them to remake it or give me a refund. Last straw! They lostanother customer for LIFE! It a shame to pay these kids good money and they don?t care if they do a good job. Young workersshould be taught about pride in doing a great job It?s not nearly as good as it was 3 years ago. Very very disappointed.

It has become much better in the six years I'm here. The quality on the Taco Bell side is better than KFC (very greasy). Still the occasional wrong order, but the staff is very friendly. I think an update of the Intercom would go a long way

Since the renovation, this place has seen significant improvements. The interior is much more modern, and I highly recommend dining in rather than using the drive-thru if you have the opportunity. The staff is friendly, although there is one guy whose voice might come across as a bit forward on the intercom. However, he’s actually very nice and efficiently keeps the long drive-thru line moving. I've noticed they stay open during the holiday season. The food is good, and they genuinely try to accommodate any requests you may have. You’ll also receive a mint with your order, which is a nice touch! I personally had the famous bowl, and it was great!

The staff here are incredibly nice and friendly. They ensured our order was correct, greeted us warmly, and treated us better than any restaurant we visited during our family trip. They paid attention to detail and were very professional. Thank you to the Taco Bell/KFC team for such an amazing experience!
